Personally, i'm still using iPad 1 and still happy with that but i believe that Android gives users more flexibilities in setting up the device which you don't have to Jailbreak the apple device and broke the warranty.

Research Trip to Pos Gob, Gua Musang, Kelantan, May 2011 (Part 1)
It was the first research trip by the academic staffs of Faculty of Social Sciences (UNIMAS) to go to Pos Gob, Gua Musang, Kelantan. Pos Gob is an Orang Asli village of Orang Temiar. The village has no electricity, water supply and phone signal. Therefore, electronic gadgets can not be used there if the battery can not stand for several days without charging. In brief, they are very very poor but very friendly and helpful, this is the main impression that i have from the trip.
The journey from Gua Musang to Pos Gob (by logging road), should only take us around four and a half hours. However, we took around nine hours to arrive due to several obstacles along the journey which i'll be showing some photos in this post.
At the KLIA, on the way to Kota Bharu Airport. I was with my iPad and it survives for about 6 days without charging, haha.
The whole FSS team having lunch when were on our way to Kota Bharu to Gua Musang. The journey took us about 2 hours...

The bridge collapsed. So we have to wait for about 2 hours for the logging company staffs to fix it...
Some of our team members started to have a conversation with the orang asli in order to get a brief info of them while waiting for the bridge to be connected.
Continue our journey...
The next challenge, the four-wheel drive was unable to go up from the slope due to the weather and dry tires that the driver used.
So, we have to wait for another 2 hours for his friend to bring in the chain so that he can tie it on his rear tires.
Continue our journey in the dark and arrived at Pos Gob at about 11.30pm...

Taipei Zoo 臺北市立動物園 (Part 1)
It is very easy to go to Taipei Zoo. Just take the MRT and stop at 'Taipei Zoo' Station (the last station of the route) and the zoo is just located next to the station.
The zoo is open daily except Chinese New Year and the operating hour is as follow:
- Zoo Hours: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (no entry after 4:00 p.m.)
- Animals Exhibit: 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (indoor and outdoor exhibits)

Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall, Taipei (中正纪念堂)
It is very easy to go to Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall, Taipei (中正纪念堂). Just take the MRT to Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall Station and use the Exit 5, the three main buildings; The Concert Hall (國家音樂廳), The Theater (國家戲劇院) and Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall are just on your right hand side. I love the design so much as it is very detail in every part of the building!!!

RM60 Million for the Road Between Marudi Town and Miri
MARUDI: The over 40,000 people in Marudi constituency had every reason to rejoice when Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak announced yesterday an allocation of RM60 million to construct the Marudi/Miri road.
The road will greatly facilitate travel between the two places which currently takes about three hours by express boat from Kuala Baram in Miri or two and half hours through the bone-shaking and treacherous oil palm road.
The road was on top of the people’s wish list as indicated by the several banners being put up by some among the 4,000 people who turned up at the Marudi town square to welcome Najib – incidentally the first prime minister of Malaysia ever to come to Marudi.
The announcement was received with thunderous applause and cheers by the people who later joyfully joined him to proclaim three times BN’s election slogan of ‘Hidup Barisan, Undi Barisan, Menang Barisan’.
In his speech, the prime minister reiterated the government’s commitment to bring development to the people unlike the opposition parties who only talk, promise and criticise, and even criticising him for frequently visiting Sarawak and alleging that he was scared that BN might lose in this election. Najib pointed out that as prime minister of all races, he is duty bound to help the people and pledged to uphold the 1Malaysia concept.
“I must state that in my service as prime minister, I will implement the principle of 1Malaysia – People first, Performance now.
“It is my duty to help and champion the cause of the people not because of election. I have visited Sarawak many times and long before the election, and don’t listen to the opposition parties who said I come to Sarawak because of the election and that I am scared BN would be losing,” he said.
The prime minister also urged the people in Marudi and Baram to continue having confidence in BN government and give the two BN candidates — Sylvester Entri Muran (Marudi) and Dennis Ngau (Telang Usan) — a resounding victory tomorrow. At the function, Najib approved an allocation of RM1 million for the building fund of SJK(C) Kee Tee at Long Lama, in the Telang Usan constituency. Earlier, he launched the 1Malaysia river mobile clinic at the Marudi Jetty.
Among those present were Minister of Health Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai, BN candidates Sylvester and Dennis, Deputy Minister for International Trade and Industry Datuk Jacob Dungau Sagan, Deputy State Secretary Datu Ose Murang, senior government officials and community leaders.
Meanwhile, Sylvester when met by reporters after the function, thanked the prime minister for approving the proposed 45 kilometre road, which will be constructed under the ‘Jiwa Murni’ project.
Contractors for the project have been identified and construction will be carried out once fund is available.
“This is the government’s commitment to help the rakyat and I urge the people in Marudi to prepare themselves and take advantage of the economic spin-off from good road network to further improve their living standard, he said.
He said it is anticipated that many investors will come to Marudi and Baram districts once the road is completed.
“There will be accelerated development including business opportunities such as the tourism and services related sector, so the people must be prepared,” he said, adding that they must remain united and work closely with the government.

No more free downloads as MCMC blocks 10 file sharing sites
According to the Star, Saturday June 11 (2011), in a bid to combat piracy, the Government has declared war on filesharing websites with 10 such websites now blocked by the telecommunications industry watchdog.
