UNIMAS Bowling Team at SUKUM Melaka (July 2011)

It was my first time to represent UNIMAS in the Inter-University (Staff) bowling competition. Really happy to work with a group of nice teammates and learned a lot from them. For myself, i was not satisfied with my own performance and hope that i have another chance to represent UNIMAS in Kedah Inter-University game next year.

A Day With Faculty of Social Sciences - UNIMAS Orientation Week 2011

The good thing of working in University is we have the opportunity to see tons of new faces in every year compared to my previous private company where we only manage to see few new faces in a year...

The following photos were taken by Faizule on the 8th September 2011.

Wishing good luck and all the best to all of them!!!

(Part 2) Research Trip to Kampung Orang Asli at Pos Senderut, Kuala Lipis, Pahang (6th - 14th August 2011)

There were many new things that i tried in the trip and one of that was standing behind a 4WD. The feeling was much more exciting than the simulation entertainment such as 'Motion Master' at Genting Highland.

This is one of the Orang Asli houses that we pass by when we traveled from Kg. Kuala Senderut to Kg. Labu

Research Trip to Pos Senderut, Kuala Lipis, Pahang (6th - 14th August 2011)

This was our research trip to Pos Senderut in August and the main purpose was to identify and train the enumerators for the questionnaire survey.

The overall living standard in Pos Senderut, Pahang is higher than Pos Gob, Kelantan as there are more infra here compared to Gob. There is a primary school in Kampung Kuala Senderut with more than 30 teachers. However, some issues occurred among students, parents and teachers which i'll elaborate in my e-bario conference paper later.

On the way...

We will be back to the village in September 2011 to collect the questionnaires and i'm really looking forward to meet the nice and friendly people again!!!
